Return, COD & Refund Policy
At The Velvet Venom, each piece is crafted and packed with care. As a small, independent brand, we currently do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, we kindly ask you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos for verification. Refunds are processed only after the damaged product is received back and successfully inspected by our team.
To ensure order security and reduce misuse, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a ₹100 prepaid amount at checkout. The remaining balance can be paid at the time of delivery. This helps us manage logistics efficiently while keeping COD available for our customers.
